Samsung’s Visual Voicemail App
The Visual Voicemail app from Samsung gives customers with Samsung devices a visual interface for voicemail for more flexibility instead of calling into a traditional voicemail inbox.
To begin set up, you’ll receive a voicemail alert to download the app. This is the only way to download the app. If you initially cleared the alert from your notifications, don’t worry – the same alert will reappear with future voicemails.
Click on the voicemail alert to visit the Samsung Galaxy Store.
Agree to the Samsung Galaxy Store T&Cs.
On the Visual Voicemail app page, click Update.
Open the app when the update is complete.
Voicemail needs permission to access the Phone, SMS, and Contacts. Tap Continue.
Select Allow for SMS Messages, Phone and Contacts.
Read the Visual Voicemail Terms and Conditions. Tap Accept.
Select Continue from the Welcome to Visual Voicemail screen.
Note: If this is your first time setting up Visual Voicemail, the app will ask you for a new voicemail password.
