Learn how to set up call forwarding on your Bluegrass Cellular phone.

How to Set Up Call Forwarding

Our call forwarding feature is included with any of our postpaid calling plans and allows you to automatically forward calls to any 10-digit phone number (including voicemail). Minutes may be debited from both accounts when one Bluegrass Cellular phone is forwarded to another. Follow the instructions below to set up Call Forwarding on your phone.

Note: Calls forwarded to a 10-digit international number will incur international calling charges.

Forward All Calls

Every call goes to another number, no ring on your cell phone.

Instructions:
Press *72
Enter the 10-digit phone number where you want your calls to be transferred
Press SEND or TALK
Wait for the tone
Press END
To deactivate: Press *720 SEND, then END

Call Forward if Busy

If more than two callers are in queue, additional callers will be forwarded to a different number.

Instructions: 
Press *90#
Enter the 10-digit phone number where you want your calls to be transferred
Press SEND or TALK
Wait for the tone
Press END or hang up
To deactivate: Press *900 SEND, then END

Call Forward if No Answer

If a caller receives no answer after the traditional ring time (20 seconds), instead of being directed to voicemail, the caller will be forwarded to a different number.

Instructions:
Press *92#
Enter the 10-digit phone number where you want your calls to be transferred
Press SEND or TALK
Wait for the tone
Press END or hang up
To deactivate: Press *920 SEND, then END

Call Forward Both Busy and No Answer at the Same Time

Set call forwarding for both busy and no answer calls to the same number at the same time.

Instructions:
Press *71
Enter the # + 10-digit phone number where you want your calls to be transferred or ## + your mobile number if you want the call to go to voicemail; Apple customers enter the # + 10-digit phone number where you want your calls to be transferred or #2702728606 if you want the call to go to voicemail
Press SEND or TALK
Wait for the tone
Press END or hang up
To deactivate: Press *710
