Tori Starks has been with the Bluegrass Cellular family since2017 and has lived in Columbia, KY for more than 18 years. Tori is passionate about helping the community be a great place to live, work and play. That passion also extends to the store's support of community events and activities. Tori also enjoys attending athletic events at Lindsey Wilson College and Adair County High School.
