COVID-19 Response

Bluegrass Cellular has been closely monitoring the increasing impact of the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. As always, our community, customers and employees are our top priorities.

Retail Stores Updates

As we continue to evaluate the next steps our business needs to take to keep our customers and employees safe during the COVID-19 outbreak, we are passing along updates related to store hours and services.

  • We are adhering to the state-mandated Healthy at Work requirements. All employees are required to wear face masks and conduct daily health/temperature checks.
  • Customers and any family members 5 years of age and older are required to wear face masks upon entering one of our store locations.
  • We encourage you to schedule an appointment when possible. Please reach out through any of our social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to make an appointment. 
  • Shop safely by following social distancing markers in-store.
  • We are encouraging customers to order online and pick up in-store or curbside when possible.
  • When you arrive at the store, save your spot in line with check-in.
  • Customers are encouraged to use self-service payment options whenever possible, including online, drive-thru and drop-off payments.

During a national emergency, the continued slowing of data speeds when data caps are reached will allow for the best network management, allowing everyone to have access to the service they need.
