Bluegrass Cellular offers local service under our Lifeline plan for less than $20 per month for 200 minutes, and nationwide service beginning at $29.95 per month for 250 minutes. Or, if you don’t want to worry about ever going over your minutes, sign up on an unlimited plan starting at just $39.95 per month.
