Free features include Toll Free Kentucky, Caller ID, Call Waiting and Call Forwarding. Airtime charges are billed in full minute increments, with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. Digital features many not be available in all areas. Roaming and/or long distance charges may appear in subsequent bills. Overage charges will apply at the rate of $0.35/min. Existing customers may not switch between plan types (local to nationwide/nationwide to local) for at least three (3) consecutive billing cycles.
