Basic Voice Mail: Personal voice mail and call managing service for your cellular phone. Holds 15 messages for up to 5 days!

Voice Mail Plus $10.00/month: Voice mail with enhanced features - includes voice mail broadcast lists and more. Holds 20 messages for up to 7 days!

Detailed Billing $3.50/month: Gives you specific information on each call made or received (i.e. date, time, city, and telephone number called, airtime used and the charge).

Call Restriction $2.00/month: Allows you to either restrict all inbound or all outbound calls.

NEW!!  Anonymous Call Block (ACB) $2.00/month: Allows you to block incoming calls that do not send caller ID to your phone. The calling party receives a dram error message that states that the customer they have called does not accept anonymous calls.  Calls that are blocked do not count against your package minutes.  To activate once the feature has been added, dial *77 SEND.  This only needs to be done once to activate the ACB feature on your account.   To deactivate this feature, dial *87 SEND. 

Signal Insurance $5.95/month: Insurance protection for your cellular phone and accessories. In the event of a claim, a deductible will apply. To file a claim, call the Signal at 1-888-352-9183. Note:  Signal insurance must be added to your account within 30 days of purchasing new equipment. Download Signal Insurance brochure.

Night & Weekend Calling Plan $9.95/month: Unlimited night and weekend usage in the Bluegrass Cellular Home Coverage area on local 200 plan. Not available on Bluegrass Unlimited or nationwide plans. Night calling times: 8 p.m.-5:59 a.m.; Weekend calling times Friday 8 p.m.-Monday 5:59 a.m. Within Bluegrass Cellular home coverage area, the above times are Eastern Standard Time.  While outside Bluegrass Cellular home coverage area, the above times follow the time zone of the area from which you place the call; for example, if placing a call from Los Angeles, night time calling would begin at 8pm Pacific Time.  Long distance and roaming charges are not included.

Unlimited Home Mobile to Mobile $9.95/month: Call other Bluegrass Cellular customers in the Bluegrass Cellular home coverage area without using any of your monthly minutes. Available on any Bluegrass Cellular plan, excluding Bluegrass Unlimited.

Text Message Service: Let's you send or receive text messages and email of up to 160 characters on your mobile phone. News, stock, weather updates, you-name it...right on your phone! Visit Text Messaging FAQ's. Pricing is as follows:

Ringback Tones: Callers will listen to a song or voice clip while waiting for you to answer the phone, instead of a ringing sound.  An announcer will ask the caller to "Please enjoy the music while your party is being reached." This feature is only $0.99 per month plus a one-time download charge for each Ringback Tone purchased. Each ringback tone costs $1.99 and can be used for up to 12 months. All charges will appear on your Bluegrass Cellular bill.

Add-A-Line $19.95/$9.95 month: Add additional cellular lines to your account and share your minutes for one price.  Add lines are $19.95 per month, per line on BlueWorks Complete Nationwide plans under $49.95 and just $9.95 per line per month for BlueWorks Nationwide Complete plans over $49.95 per month!  It's a great way to share minutes and save money.

Toll Free Nashville $6.99/month: Pay no long distance charges on calls from the Bluegrass Cellular Home Coverage Area to the Nashville area (available only on the Local 200 plan).

Listed below are standard features that are included with your Bluegrass Cellular plan:

Call Waiting: Let's you know another caller is trying to contact you when you're currently on your phone. After hearing the Alert Tone, you can put the first caller on hold by pressing the SEND key. You may return to your original party by pressing the SEND key again.

Call Forwarding: Automatically forwards all of your incoming calls to a number you specify. This feature is not available on Unlimited plans. Click here for more information.

Call Forward Busy: Incoming calls are routed to the number you specify only when your cellular line is busy. This feature is not available on Unlimited plans. Click here for more information.

Call Forward No Answer: Incoming calls are routed to the number you specify after it rings on your cellular line several times. This feature is not available on Unlimited plans. Click here for more information.

Caller ID: This feature allows you to identify the number of an incoming call.

Outbound Caller ID: This feature allows you to block calls from your digital phone so that your number is not passed to the receiver of your calls. Press *67 before dialing a call to use this feature.

Toll Free Kentucky: Pay no long distance (toll) charges on calls made from the Bluegrass Cellular Home Coverage area to any area in Kentucky with a 270, 606, 859 or 502 area code. 

*Caller ID and Message Waiting Indicator may not be available in all areas.
