Duties:
Collect CDMA drive test data from different types of drive test gear.
Create maps displaying collected data.
Collect drive test data on new cell sites and create maps for review.
Analyze and identify network problems and potential problems. Work with Senior Data Collection Engineer and Operations to ensure timely resolutions to Network Problems.
Responsible for improving existing coverage and overlap via antenna system redesign recommendations
Obtain drive test data, and analyze for hand-off, coverage or interference problems.

Requirements:

Position: Internet Helpdesk Representative

Duties:
Answer incoming calls daily in a polite and professional manner.

Provide assistance to helpdesk colleagues as needed.
Follow-up with customers who have left messages in the Internet Helpdesk VM box.
Provides support and troubleshooting for customers with Internet access and email

Real time software changes to the network through CACP to enhance performance with all network elements

Requirements:
