Monticello, KENTUCKY – Darren Reeves has been named Monticello Customer Care Manager.  Reporting to Barb Flowers, Regional Sales Manager, Darren will be responsible for the sales support and management direction of the Monticello Customer Care Center.  In addition, he will provide data/reports for development of market plans, coordinate promotional events and continuing education and training of personnel.  Darren has been with Bluegrass Cellular since 2007, graduated from Lindsay Wilson with a Bachelor’s Degree and has experience in customer service. “I am so excited about working with the people of Monticello.  I want to ensure everyone that when you enter the store you will be greeted with a friendly smile, be presented with extraordinary customer service, and when you leave feel like you have been with friends,” said Darren Reeves, New Monticello Customer Care Manager for Bluegrass Cellular.
