WARREN COUNTY, KENTUCKY – Bluegrass Cellular recently improved 3G high speed data service coverage to another wireless network site located in Warren County. The enhancement to the tower will help transition 3G subscribers between Warren County and Simpson County on I-65 as well as 31-W. 3G high speed data access allows faster transmissions of pictures, web browsing, email access and other types of data while using hand held devices and wireless air cards.
“This is the second upgrade in Warren County this month,” said Barry Nothstine, Director of Marketing and Product Development for Bluegrass Cellular, Inc. “We listen to our customers and hear their need to have a network that covers them when they are traveling.”
Headquartered in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Bluegrass Cellular has been operating in Kentucky for over 19 years with 20 company owned retail locations and over 35 authorized agent locations. A pioneer in the wireless field in the state’s rural areas, Bluegrass was the first to offer digital cellular service to Central Kentucky in 1998.
